Cardiologist
Dr. Natalia Spasova, MD is a specialist cardiologist in Sofia with over 10 years of experience and professional interests in the field of non-invasive methods for assessing venous and arterial vessels, echocardiography, ischemic heart disease, heart failure, and cardiovascular risk assessment. Dr. Spasova has over 20 scientific publications in Bulgarian and international journals. Dr. Spasova does not examine children.
She graduated from the Medical University of Pleven in 2007. She obtained her specialty in Cardiology in 2013. In 2012, she successfully defended her doctoral thesis on the topic: "Investigation of Morphological and Physiological Vascular Changes in Patients with Risk Factors for Atherosclerosis" and acquired the academic degree of Doctor of Science.

From 2008 to 2011, Dr. Spasova was a PhD student at Queen Joanna University Hospital – ISUL, Sofia. She has worked at DKC Vita. Since 2013, she has been an assistant professor, and since 2017, a senior assistant professor at the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Medical University of Sofia at Queen Joanna University Hospital – ISUL. Currently, she is also part of the team of specialists at the Diagnostic-Consultative Center Alexandra Health.
